Mask of choice. I used Mask 66 from Moon Beams and Spider Webs HERE

This tutorial assumes a basic working knowledge of PSP - any version will do. I'm using X15 for this tut, and Animation Shop available free HERE
Load your mask to the masks folder in PSP

Open a new raster layer 700 x 700 and flood fill with white
You can resize later if you like
Open paper 10, resize to 700 width, paste as new layer
Layers, load/save mask, load mask from disk with source luminance, fit to canvas and hide all mask checked
Merge group
Open element 52, move down
Open element 45, resize to about 400 width, move to the top right
Open element 8, paste as new layer
Open element 53, resize to about 250 width, paste as new layer and move to the bottom
Open element 25, resize to about 250 width, paste as new layer and move to the top right
Open element 5, resize to about 285 width, paste as new layer and move to the left side
Open element 4, resize to about 225 width, paste as new layer and move down and slightly left
Open element 42, resize to about 160 width, paste as new layer and move down in front of the singers
Open element 20, resize quite small and move down in front of the seaweed
Open element 24, resize quite small and move to the top left
Open your Laguna tube
Choose the blu-green layer and the piano layer
All other layers should be closed
With your pick tool, click on either active layer
Edit, copy special, copy merged
Close thee Laguna tube without saving
Edit, paste as new image
Resize to 400 width, copy and close
Paste as new layer on your tag and move to the bottom right
Add the copyright info for the tube along with your watermark
I used Pixelette, black
Move to the bottom of the tag
For my text I used A Hundred Miles, #0f9684 in the background color, foreground closed
Convert to raster layer
Selections, select all
Selections, float
Selections, defloat
Selections, modify, select selection borders, outside, 2
New raster layer
Flood fill the selection with white
Effects, 3D effects, drop shadow 0, 5, 5, 5, black
Select none
Merge down
Position where you want your text
IF YOU ARE NOT ANIMATING
Delete the white background layer, merge visible and save as a png file
TO ANIMATE
Click your Mermaid Mambo layer to activate it
Merge down to and including the white background layer
Copy and go to Animation Shop, right click to paste as new animation
Duplicate this frame until you have 11 frames total, then minimize for now
Open animation 1075 from Sophisticat Simone's package 386
Edit, select all
Animation, resize animation to 60%
Copy and close
Maximize your tag frames
Edit, select all
Make sure your slider is all the way to the left so frame 1 is on your screen
Edit, paste into selected frame (frame 1)
Position near the bottom so the sea shells will eventually cover the bottom of the animation
Click once to set in place an then minimize for now
Back to PSP and close the eye on the merged layers
Click any other layer to activate it
Edit, copy special, copy merged
Go to AS and right click to paste as new animation
Duplicate until you have 11 frames
Edit, select all
Edit, copy and then close
Maximize your tag frames again
Edit, paste into selected frame (again, frame 1)
Postion and then click once to set it in place
Save as a gif file
