This tutorial assumes a basic working knowledge of PSP and Animation Shop - although you can make the tag without animation if you prefer

PTU Scrap kit is Rockabilly Beach by Designz by Anorie, available at her store HERE
If you need Animation Shop, its free to download HERE
The tube is one of three included in the kit
The music animation is by Sophisticat Simone, available at her store HERE
Mask of choice. I used Mask 66 from Moon Beams and Spider Webs HERE
I used a plugin on the background, Neology, Blend Mosiac and also Vasarely Mosaic. You can get it "ahref="https://www.designpsp.nl/filters/" target=_blank>HERE
Any nice font will do - I used William Christmas and you can download it HERE


Put your plugins in your plugins folder in PSP
Load your mask to the masks folder in PSP
Open a new transparent image 700 x 700 - you can resize later if you like
Flood fill with white

Open paper 11, resize to 700 width, paste as new layer
Layers, load/save mask, load mask from disk with source luminance, fit to canvas and hide all mask checked
Merge group
Effects, plugins, Neology, Blend Mosaic, 28 tiles
Effects, plugins, Neology, Vasarely Mosaic, 20 tiles
Duplicate this layer
Adjust blur, Gaussian Blur, 6
With your pick too pull down from the top until you have something like this

Open element 76, resize to about 265 width, move up and to the right a bit
Open element 90, rotate left 30, resize to about 440 width, move to the top left
Open element 58, resize to about 180 width, move up and to the left side, overlapping the bottom of the umbrella
Open element 58, resize to about 240 width, move to the left side
Open element 24, resize to about 425 width, move up overlapping the flowers and the umbrella
Open element 43, resize to about 300 width, move to the right side
Open element 65, resize to about 190 width, move to the right and down and a bit
Open element 55, resize to about 275 width, move up overlapping the store and the radio
Open element 102, resize to about 190 width, move up and left a bit
Open element 44, resize to about 330 width, move and a bit and left overlapping the bottom of the woman
Open element 36, resize to about 300 width, move down and to the left, overlapping the guitar
Open element 7, resize to about 140 width, move down and left, in front of the hat
Open element 79, resize to about 150 width, move down next to the lemonade
Open element 33, resize to about 300 width, move to the right overlapping the radio and the basket
Open element 30, resize to about 200 width, move down just a bit
Open element 11, resize to about 60 width, move down to the bottom
Open element 46, resize to about 350 width, move to the bottom right
Open element 100, resize to about 170 width, move down to the bottom
Go through your layers and add drop shadows to your elements - I used 0, 5, 17, 12, black
IF YOU ARE NOT ANIMAIING
If you're going to resize, do that now before adding any text
Add your credits and any CR you might have
For my text I used William Christmas, black background, foreground null
Convert to raster layer
Selections, select all
Selections, float
Selections, defloat
Selections, modify, select selection borders, outside, 2
New raster layer
Flood fill the selection with white
Give it a drop shadow - I used 0, 5, 5, 5, black
Select none, merge down
Move to where you want it - merge visible and save as a png file
IF YOU ARE ANIMATING
Add your credits and text as above
Starting with the beach store layer, merge down to and including the white background layer
Copy this merged layer and go to AS, paste as new animation
Duplicate until you have 16 frames and then minimize for now
Open animation file 925 mng from Sophisticat Simone's Package 318
Edit, select all
Animation, resize animation to 75%
Animation, cull animation 1 in every 5 frames
Repeat the cull animation
You should now have 16 frames
Edit, copy and close
Maximize your tag frames
Edit, select all
Make sure your slider is all the way to the left so Frame 1 is on your screen
Edit, paste into selection - position at the bottom of the store and slightly right - then click once to set in place
Minimize for now
Back to PSP
Close the eye on the merged bottom layer
Click any other layer to activate it
Edit, copy special, copy merged
Go to AS and paste as new animation
Duplicate until you have 16 frames
Edit, copy and then close
Maximize your tag frames again
Edit, paste into selected frame - again Frame 1
Position where you want it and then click once to set in place
Save as a gif file
