This tutorial assumes a basic working knowledge of PSP and Animation Shop - although you can make the tag without animation if you prefer

PTU Scrap kit is Siggy Piggy by Sophisticat Simone, available at her store HERE
If you need Animation Shop, its free to download HERE
The animation is also by Sophisticat Simone, available HERE
The tube is one of several included in the kit
Mask of choice. I used Mask 66 from Moon Beams and Spider Webs HERE

Load your mask to the masks folder in PSP
Open a new transparent image 700 x 700 - you can resize later if you like
Flood fill with white
Open paper 15, resize to 700 width, copy, close, paste as new layer
Layers, Load Save Mask, Load Mask From Disk with Source Luminance, Fit To Canvas and Hide all Mask checked
Image, flip vertical
Merge group
I find it useful to put the tube on first since it's the focal point, and work around that
Open tube 008, resize to 500 height, copy, close and paste as new layer
(Now I'll stop saying copy, close and paste as new layer, since you know that :)
Click your mask layer to activate it
Open element 178, resize down a bit, move to the top right
Open element 107, resize to about 400 width
Image, free rotate, right, 90 with rotate single layer around canvas center checked
Move to the right side
Open frame 003 (or choose another if you prefer), resize to about 400 width
Move to the top left
With your magic wand, click in the middle of the frame
Selections, modify, expand 8
New raster layer
Open paper 37, copy and close
Paste into election
Select none and then move down below the frame layer
Open element 98, resize a bit smaller, move to the right of the girl
Open element 38, flip horizontal, resize a bit smaller, move to the bottom right
You can add one of the world arts or any name or message you would like on the screen
Open element 172, resize and move to the left so it overlaps the bottom of the frame
Open element 77, resize and move to the left and down so it overlaps the bottles
Open element 149, resize and move down and to the left
Open element 169, resize and move across the picture frame (I had to fiddle a bit to get what I wanted)
Click your tube layer to activate it
Add one of the clocks or candies in front of the girl
Go through your layers and add drop shadows to your elements
I used 0, 4 15 12, black
IF YOU ARE NOT ANIMATING
If you want to resize do that now before adding any text
Add your credits and copyright - I used pixelette black and reduced opacity to 60%
Delete the white background layer
Merge visible and save as a png file
IF YOU ARE ANIMATING
Add your credits and copyright as above
For my name text I used Roulettes, #d05181 in background color, foreground blank
