This tutorial assumes a basic working knowledge of PSP and Animation Shop - although you can make the tag without animation if you prefer

PTU Scrap kit is Lavender Summer by Designz by Anorie, available at her store HERE
If you need Animation Shop, its free to download HERE
The animation is from Sophisticat Simone, available in her store HERE
The tube is one of three included in the kit
The mask is a free one from Sophisticat Simone available on her blog HERE I used mask 0406 from Pack 403-408
Any nice script font will do but I used Always Black and you can download it HERE

Load your mask to the masks folder in PSP
Install the font to your system
Open AS and minimize for now
In PSP on a new raster layer about 400 x 400 using a light mauve, in a nice script font, type any script you want. It can be anything pretty, positive, nice that fits the tag. Don't fuss too much because it will be quite light in the background when done.
Open a new transparent image 700 x 700 - you can resize later if you like
Flood fill with white
Open paper 12, resize to 700 width, paste as new layer
Layers, load/save mask, load mask from disk
Choose mask SophisticatSimoneMasks0406 with source luminance, fit to canvas and hide all mask checked
Merge group
Snag the small text raster you made and place it on your tag in three or four places
Lower the opacity of these to about 60%
Open element 83, resize to about 485 width, paste as new layer and move to the top right
Open element 49, resize to about 320 width, move to the right side overlapping the wagon
Open element 56, resize to about 495 width, move down and to the left side
Open element 91, resize to 307 width, paste as new layer
With your selection tool, select all from about the mid thigh down, edit cut
Select none
Select element 42, resize to about 105 width, move down about the middle of the girl's shorts
Open element 43, resize to about 110 width, move to the left of the canister
Open element 7, resize to about 100 width, move down in front of the canister
Open element 1, resize to about 345 width, move to the bottom left
Open element 89, resize to about 285 width, move to the right side and down a bit
Open element 62, resize to about 95 width, move to the bottom right
Open element 74, resize to about 140 width, move to the bottom in front of the little sack
Open element 52, resize to about 85 width, move to the left of the jam jar at the bottom
Go through your layers and add drop shadows to your elements - I used 0, 5, 17, 12, black
IF YOU ARE NOT ANIMATING
If you are going to resize do that now before adding any text
Add any credits or copyrights - I used Pixelette, black
For my text I used Always Black, foreground null, background #7d6896
Convert to raster layer
Selections, select all
Selections, float
Selections, defloat
Selections, select selection borders, outside, 2
New raster layer
Flood fill the selection with white
Give it a drop shadow - I used 0, 5, 5, 5, black
Select none and merge down
Position where you want it
Delete the white background layer, merge visible and save as a png file
IF YOU ARE ANIMATING
Add your credits or copyrights and text as above
Leave the white background in place
Merge all, flatten
Copy and go to AS and paste as new animation
Duplicate until you have 16 frames and then minimize for now
Open animation 1319 from Sophisticat Simone's Package 463
Edit select all
Animation, cull animation, 1 frame in every 5
Repeat the cull
Animation, resize animation to 50%
Edit, copy and then close
Maximize your tag frames
Edit, select all
Make sure your slider is all the way to the left so Frame 1 is on your screen
Edit, paste into selected frame - Frame 1
Position and then click once to set it in place
Save as a gif file

Thanks for trying my tut - enjoy your tag!
