This tutorial assumes a basic working knowledge of PSP and Animation Shop - although you can make the tag without animation if you prefer

PTU Scrap kit is Crafty Witch by Sophisticat Simone, available at her store HERE

The tube is one of several included in the kit
Font is Stitcher and is available free HERE
Mask of choice. I used Mask 65 from Moonbeams & Spiderwebs HERE


Open Animation Shop and minimize for now
Load your mask to the masks folder in PSP

Open a new transparent image 700 x 700 - you can resize later if you like
Flood fill with white
Open paper 49, resize to 700 width, paste as new layer
Load your mask with source luminance, fit to canvas and hide all mask checked
Merge group
Adjust, blur, Gaussian blur, 4
Duplicate this layer
With your pick tool, pull down from the top to make a "floor"
Adjust, blur Gaussian blur, 4
You should have something like this

Element 91, resize to 226 width, move up a bit and to the right
Element 142, resize to 186 width, move up overlapping the left side of the fabric
Element 187, resize to 282 width, flip horizontal, move to the right to overlap the bottom of the fabric and a bit of the flower
Element 169, resize to 250 width, move to the top left
Element 180, resize to 220 width, move to the top left
Element 37, resize to 185 width, move to the top left overlapping the house
Element 67, resize to 150 width, move to the left side overlapping the bottom of the house
Element 134, resize to 141 width, move to the left side overlapping the rolls of fabric
Element 109, resize to 168 width, move up a bit and to the left
Element 63, resize to 170 width, move to the bottom of the sign
Element 113, resize to 140 width, move up and to the left a bit
Element 10, resize to 121 width, move to the bottom of the manekin
Element 33, resize to 192 width, move down to the right overlapping the dolls
Element 54, resize to 130 width, move down overlapping the bowl of skulls
Tube 6, resize to 215 width, move down and to the right
Element 22, resize to 212 width, move to the left and down just a bit
Element 59, resize to 230 width, move to the bottom left
Element 51, resize to 178 width, move to the bottom right
Element 127, resize to 94 width, move to the bottom right
Go through your layers and add drop shadows to your elements
I used 0, 5, 17, 12, black
Add any credits and copyrights
I used Pixelette, black and then reduced opacity to 50%
For my text, I used Stitcher, black in background, foreground null
Convert to raster layer
Selections, select all
Selections, float
Selections, defloat
Selections, modify, select selection borders, outside 2
New raster layer
Fill the selection with #f0d8be
Give it a drop shadow, I used 0, 5, 5,5, black
Select none and then merge down
Position where you want it
Merge all flatten
Copy and go to AS and paste as new animation
Duplicate until you have 12 frames
Minimize for now
Open animation 560 from Sophisticat Simone's Pack 187
Edit, select all
Edit, copy and then close
Maximize your tag frames
Edit, select all
Make sure your slider is all the way to the left so frame 1 is on your screen
Edit, paste into selected frame - frame 1
Position where you want it and then click once to set it in place
Save as a gif file
