This tutorial assumes a basic working knowledge of PSP and Animation Shop - although you can make the tag without animation if you prefer

PTU Scrap kit is Celestial Witch from Doodle By Design, available at her store HERE
The tube is from Goldwasser and can be purchased HERE
The animation is free from Sophisticat Simone, available on her blog HERE
If you need Animation Shop, its free to download HERE
Mask of choice. I used Mask 65 from Moon Beams and Spider Webs HERE
Font is Witch available free HERE


Load your mask to your Masks folder is PSP
Open Animation Shop and minimize for now
Install the Witch font to your system

Open a new transparent image 700 x 700 - you can resize later if you like
Flood fill with white
Open paper 16, resize to 700 x 700, paste as new layer
Layers, load/save mask, load mask from disk and choose Mask 65 with source luminance, fit to canvas and hide all mask checked
Merge group
Duplicate this layer
With your pick tool, from the top pull down to make a "floor" near the bottom
Element 37, resize to 510 width, move to the top
Element 67, resize to 138 width, move to the right side
Element 142, resize to 203 width, move up almost to the top
Frame 8, resize to 160 width, move up covering part of the flower
With your magic wand, click in side the frame
Selections, modify, expand, 10
New raster layer
Open paper 10, paste into selection
Move this layer below the frame layer
Select none
Element 42, resize to 108 width, move on top of the frame layer
Element 3, resize to 127 width, move to the right side and down a bit
Element 53, resize to 218 width, move slightly right, rotate right just a bit
Element 6, resize to 278 width, move to the top left
Element 144, resize to 220 width, move to the left side overlapping the bottom of the crystals
Open your Goldwasser tube
Pick the accessories and colors you want and you have to play with resizing to get what you want
Once you have what you want, paste as new layer, I cut off the bottom part of her with my selection tool
Element 5, resize to 205 width, move down to the right, overlapping the book just a bit
Element 59, resize to 99 width, move to the left side
Element 27, flip horizontal, resize to 234 width, move to the bottom left
Element 66, resize to 101 width, move to the bottom right of the girl's cloak
Element 65, resize to 118 width, move down to the left of the first bottle
Element 64, resize to 91 width, move down to the left of the second bottle
Element 139, resize to 140 width, move down in front of the bottles
Element 54, resize to 243 width, move to the bottom right
Go through your layers and add drop shadows to your elements
I used 0, 5, 17, 12, black
Add your tube CR and any other credits
I used Pixelette, black and reduced the opacity to 50%
For the text, I used Witch, black in the background, foreground null
Convert to raster layer
Selection, select all
Selections, float
Selections, defloat
Selections, modify, select selection borders, 2
New raster layer
Fill the selection with white
Give it a drop shadow, I used 0, 5, 5, 5, black
Select none, merge down Position where you want it
Merge all, flatten
Edit, copy
Go to AS and paste as new animation
Duplicate until you have 15 frames and minimize for now
Open Animation Special-02
Edit, select all
Animation, resize animation to 40%
Edit copy and then close
Maximize your tag frames
Edit, Select All
Make sure your slider is all the way to the left so Frame 1 is on your screen
Edit, paste into selected frame - Frame 1
Position over the want and click once to set in place
Save as a gif file
